Help finding a school and degree plan

IMHO, TESU would probably be your best bet - they do not have a limit on how many old credits you can bring in for the BACS (or for any BA degree) - it's only the BS degrees that have limits on age, and all of those are in the major.

The only downside is that if you do the single 16cr term, that might be rough with a new job.  So you may end up either doing the more expensive option, and doing the cornerstone now and the capstone at the very end.  It's still not terrible, and about $6700 when all is said and done (outside of what you still need to take).

I don't see 61cr of RA in your list, if most are 3cr courses, so you might want to add that info to your post.

Looking at a BACS:

Oral Communication (Presentation Skills at Study.com)
Ethics (Sophia)
Civic Engagement (Comparative Politics at Study.com)
Social Science (Psych, Econ at Sophia)
History (US History I or II at Sophia)

Study.com
COMPSCI 201: Data Structures & Algorithms
MATH 108: Discrete Math
COMPSCI 105: Intro to Operating Systems
COMPSCI 306: Computer Architecture
BUS 303: Management Info Systems
COMPSCI 302: Systems Analysis & Design
COMPSCI 303: Database Management
BUS 109: Intro to Computing
Additional programming course

No Free Electives needed, so don't do anything else.
Are you sure that BUS 109 will fulfill the AOS requirement? I see it now transferred in as COS 101. According to this post: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...AOS?page=2, COS 101 no longer counts toward the AOS electives.

Never mind, my advisor confirmed that it would be able to apply toward the lower-level Area of Study Electives Requirement.

Sophia's Introduction to Information Technology comes in as CIS-107 Computer Concepts and Applications.

One thing you can do with TESU's academic advising is asking them to plan your courses. Once you know a course works, then advising will insert that course into your degree plan as a "planned course."

Then after you complete the course, you are sure it will go to the right spot, which may eliminate some confusion when looking at your degree plan.

I got my evaluation back!
My biggest question is how many of the classes I have left can I complete on Sophia or Coursera (Would the SAS Advanced programmer certificate work with what I have missing, or others)?

Looks like you can do 3 courses at Sophia.

If you did that SAS certificate, it would probably replace ENS-200 in the Addt'l AOS Electives. That should mean one fewer UL CS course needed. Personally, I think it might be worth it.

*Update*
My biggest question is if I NEED to take all the AOS classes at TESU or can I just transfer everything except the capstone?
I'm looking to get a masters degree after the bachelor's. Hoping to get into Georgia Tech or somewhere with a good AI/machine learning specialization.
I'd also like to get the degree completed faster than 1 class every 3 months. I can do this transferring from Study.com and Sophia.

I've been slowly making progress.
I would obviously no longer be able to take the 15 credit session at TESU Sad
However, I did get the job offer and it was an offer I could not refuse!

I'm dropping this here, in case it might be needed.

Your Location: Arizona, United States.
Your Age: 43
What kind of degree do you want? Computer Science, ideal job ML or AI engineer (I would want a masters).

@bleedingpurple, work on the trifecta I mention to people - certs, degree, experience, you've got some of the Google Certs, the Pierpont BOG AAS Info Systems emphasis, you should ladder that up to the UMPI BAS MIS minor plus 3-4 courses that can be transferred into the MAOL. This will be FREE for you as it would be within your tuition reimbursement from work, even if you take 3 sessions at UMPI it'll only be $4500 for the entire 3 sessions!

Since you already have 30 RA credits, all you have to take at TESU is the capstone, provided you take the cornerstone at Edx.

You should upload your current TESU evaluation and make a spreadsheet of all remaining courses to finish your degree.
