Help!! I am sinking in excuses not to study
#13
Hi Linda!

You had a really rough May and to expect yourself to be ready to go on with school now is demanding a lot of yourself!

I don't understand the tuition situation. If you have spent the money already, it seems like doing the most that you are able to with this time would be a good idea.

I'd try choosing the most fun or easiest and start there. Use small steps like studying for a half hour at a time and increase your rewards. Try to keep it fun, easy, and rewarding to see if you can get going again.

Don't worry about your children right now. You need to do this for yourself. They'll figure out that getting an education is important at their own time.

Don't forget that you are grieving and healing takes a long time. Take good care of yourself - take naps, cry when you need to, be very patient with yourself. You will feel better soon.

Many hugs,
