I just found out that there are several master's programs in it, does anyone know about this institution？
Although I think it's probably a waste of money, but I want to try it, a kind of proof material for interdisciplinary application to graduate school.

In terms of the Indian market, I've heard about Vskills (http://www.vskills.in). They provide somewhat simillar training, but they are mostly focused on certification in different areas. Foreigners can also obtain these certifications. You would need to see whether the IISDT vocational diplomas carry any kind of weight in India and abroad, as diplomas and post-graduate diplomas (especially the latter) are more likely to be valued if they are issued by government-recognized/accredited higher education institutions.

And I think these are actually "professional or vocational" training not really "graduate" level training in the mentioned subject areas. Technically though, someone can use these for PLA into undergrad or graduate studies here in the USA, depending on the subject matter taught, or use it as experience/knowledge for certifications/IT prep exams.
