I just got the scholarship from Study.com for personal finanace and have a few questions on how and what to do next .
1) Does personal finance fit anywhere into a BSBA GM from TESU?
2)I get 3 months free and i plan to take 6 courses within that period . Can i do that or can i only take 5 because personal finance wil be considered 1?
3) I have heard that study.com grading system is really confusing , is it true ? Does it work like Sl where the avarage grade must be over 70% or is it that each exam must be over 70%? For eg- If i get 90 % in one , 70% in the second and 60% in my proctored final . The avarage would be 73.35 i think and on Sl that would be a pass . On Study would that be a pass or fail ?
4) Do i have to finish personal finance first ? how would i enroll in the other 5 or 6 courses there?
Thanks

Personal Finance is a Free Elective for ALL degrees at TESU.
You can only take 5 courses after PF, as that counts as the first one.
You have to finish PF before you can take anything else.

study.com's grading system is pretty straightforward - hardly confusing in my opinion. It is all spelled out in the syllabus and on the dashboard with how many points you need to pass the course. You need at least 70% overall and since the quizzes count toward the final grade - if you get a 100 on the quizzes (which is entirely possible since you have three tries on each) you usually only need 55 points on the final. If there are projects that is adjusted and explained in the syllabus. But the concept is the same.

There are lesson Quizzes , chapter exam and Final exam . Each one has to be completed to get to teh proctored exam and for each one i get 3 attempts to be able to score 100 % is it so ?

That's right, only the final exam has "no retake" unless you want to "lose that free" exam, it can be retaken once (total two tries for a course).
You should really review the syllabus, it tells you exactly now many the quiz is worth, assignments (if any) and final. The majority are quiz 100/final 200.
There are only a handful that have an extra assignments that will equate to quiz 100/assignment 100/final 100. Take your pick for the courses...

Sarah, how long did it take for you to find out you got the scholarship? Just curious. I've read some people say up to 3 weeks.

Something to keep in mind that a few people didn't realize: if you already have an account with Study, the 3-month timeframe begins the day you get the acceptance email, not the day you begin a course.
I'm not sure if the same holds true for someone who doesn't have an account login yet...?

If you've waited over two weeks, you can private message them here to see if they know the status.
I would just contact them here and see if they know or not. Sometimes the email system doesn't work.
