I received my credentials from Laurea, but it took a while. I was enrolled in the first class (DevOps fundamentals) and completed it (Canvas learning environment), and received emails about other classes, but have not received confirmation of enrollment for those yet.
Completed: HAU MBA | BA Economics (US) | Finland Open Studies @ XAMK/Metropolia/Helsinki/Laurea
Certs Completed: Scrum CSPO/CSM | Google PM/Data Analytics/Marketing

Whom should I contact to get the credentials ? Does the contact person have an email address ?
