I found in UMPI's transfer credit database that Sophia's course Critical Thinking is now transferable as HUM103 at UMPI.

You would need to confirm this with UMPI because it's in the database twice as 2 completely different courses:

PHIL 1005
Critical Thinking
3.00
PHI 1XX
Philosophy Elective
3.00
GLO245:LO2A,B,LO4C,LO5D

SOPH 0065
Critical Thinking
3.00
HUM 103
Creative Decision Making
3.00

Ya,  there is something odd about that course. I don't remember it ever saying that course covered 2D. That may be something new.

SDC's critical thinking course comes in as HUM 103, which covers 2D.

At least if you appeal you can cite that it came as HUM 103 for another person.

We'll see if anybody reports back in the next several weeks.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience:  CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

Initially it was in the database a business elective which made zero sense and a philosophy course as it's still shown. It's weird how this course is messed up.

At the time I was the first one to pass the course from Sophia and transfer it over.  Jessica allowed it to cover 2D even though the database was updated showed it as an elective.

It's cool that she did that, but that could be a problem later on unless the Registrar agrees. The manually approve every degree when they're conferred. If the course isn't approved by the Registrar, then you'll come up short and not graduate. This is something to definitely check on unless you've graduated. If you have then, they have approved it and maybe that's why the change in 1 area of the database.

That's right, it's best to get confirmation from the registrar even though the academic advising team may have placed that as an exception. Hopefully it just goes as planned and is workable as intended, just look out for yourself in for those interested in taking this course from Sophia, get both their confirmation beforehand if possible.

I emailed to confirm this because I still need to fulfil objective 2D myself, and they said the Sophia Critical Thinking course does not, but Study's does.

UMPI now offers ART108 Graphic Design for 2D. I haven't taken the course, but several people on Discord have enjoyed it. HUM103 is going away this fall so who knows if Study's course will remain an option.
