Getting to a one year bachelors degree without CLEP

As you mention, it should indeed be easier to get into a Master's degree in Europe when you have a European Bachelor's degree. It's not a guarantee of admittance, but it's one more point potentially in your favor.

or you can go to Finland or Norway. In Finland, universities don't charge tuition fee.

I honestly don't see how TESU or Excelsior is a good option in EU.
If I were living in EU, I would go to Finland, or any other tuition-free country and get a degree from their university.

Nordic nations Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden all offer opportunities to study free or at low cost: In Norway, university study is available free of charge to all students, regardless of study level or nationality.

Ok, so I don't need a high school diploma to do the 600eur part, but I need one to do the last 30ects. Could I go straight from the 180ects part to a 2 year masters degree? Like I wrote before, bachelors degrees are 180ects here. But the 180 ects part doesn't include the bachelor's thesis, so I'm not sure if this would still count as a bachelor's degree or not.

No, the 180 ECTS do not count as a Bachelor's degree. You still need to do the thesis. But, given your age, this will be the fastest, easiest, and cheapest way that you can get a Bachelor's degree.

Thank you bro, you and other people on this forum are literally saving me years of my life. This must be one of the most underrated websites in world history, just along with the wiki. Some people are torturing themselves for close to a decade while they could achieve all  of this in a mere few years, online at that! If there are any other universities in Finland or Europe where I could complete my degree in a short amount of time please let me/everyone else know!

I think Metropolia is the only European university with the equivalent of a "self-paced" Bachelor's degree. If there are any others out there, we haven't found them yet.

Thank you, Is earning any certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA...) a part of the degree? And if it's self paced, does that mean there is no minimum amount of courses I have to complete in a year? For example, right now I might only have time to complete a few courses since I have to get into the one year high school thing, but during high school I will have more time so I will complete more of them. As long as I complete them all in the 3-4 year span of the degree, I should be fine, right?

You do not automatically receive any certifications as part of the Metropolia degree, but some of the classwork does cover the same as a certification or two. So, you could pass the Metropolia class and then go take the relevant certification.

For the 600€ portion, that does mean that you may complete them as quickly or as slowly as you're able. I think your "right to study" for the 600€/180 ECTS portion lasts 2 or 3 years. There are some forum members here who have purchased this package and should be able to give you more information in that area.

This is total brainstorming, I have no idea if this is actually a possibility.

I don't know if this exists in Europe, but in the U.S. it's possible to enter a combined bachelor's/master's program where you take some of your master's courses while finishing your bachelor's. When you graduate the bachelor's degree, you generally only have a year left on the master's program. If the Metropolia courses could be used to transfer into such a program, it could possibly save you some time.
