Getting a Bachelors feels like leveling up.
#1
(This reference is for anyone who plays videogames where the character has to level up.)

Getting my bachelors feels like leveling up in a video game. My character increases in level and such increases in ability, but then the game just gives me enemies that are at my same level anyway so there is no real progress.

I feel like that at work. Roughly 75% of the population does not have a Bachelor's degree. I was one of those people. I worked hard to get my Bachelor's. Now that I have one, I work in an office in a position where it is a professional requirement to have a Bachelor's degree. So everyone I work with has one also. If I want to differentiate myself further, I now need to get a graduate degree.

Back to school it is to "level up".

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.

Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.

Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.

Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.

Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

,,, and then you'll get a position where everyone has a masters! Advancement often requires more than an education. Frequently having a bobble head is the way to move up.

I like that analogy. I've actually been working on making a video game where you do precisely that!
Course clear! You got a card.
