Your attachment is very small and you can only read a very small section of it. You might want to copy and paste it here instead.
It looks like TESC Gen Ed from 2015? If so, you have MANY more choices in fulfilling Section B, but American Government is NOT one of those (that is new for the 2016 catalog, it doesn't fulfill Personal and Social Responsibility section from 2015). Here is the info on Gen Ed for 2015 Thomas Edison State College | General Education Courses - 2015 or Before.
If you need TECEP's to fulfill residency requirements, you will want to look at those first.
For science, you can take Chemistry or Physics through Straighterline, both have a lab option.

How do you want to take these? Do you need to take any TECEP's for residency? Do you prefer exams, or courses? There are multiple ways to get these credits, we just need some additional info in order to help you.
And is this the 2015 catalog? Just double checking, it's an important difference in the GE area.

In addition to the previous responses:
Statistics - TECEP, DSST, but ALEKS is the best method (and cheapest, and you can do it from home, possibly within minutes of starting)
Technical Writing - TECEP, DSST
Chemistry with Lab - although you can take the CLEP, you can't get credit for the lab portion - you could do this part only through SL
Physics with Lab - can only do this via SL or another course
Diversity - lots of options, check the link for TECEP's or similar exams (CLEP & DSST)
Ethics - there is a free ethics course, you can take the exam immediately and transfer to ACE if you score 70%
Pers & Soc Responsibility - tons of options, look at the link for TECEP's (and CLEP/DSST)
