Hey All, so when i initially applied to Tesu i incurred fees iao $1400. I'm trying to apply for graduation but i'm it's not allowing me to complete application through the student service because it says i'm not an active student. I applied before the April 1st changes in 2016. Although there's a hold on my account for that fee, someone sent a check to the university to pay the fee but they haven't received it yet so they can't take me off hold. In turn i may not be able to apply for Graduation. I'm so frustrated i don't know what to do. Please help!

I would contact
bursar@tesu.edu today and explain this to them. They should reach out to you tomorrow and help you, I've always had good experiences with e-mailing TESU. Good luck, and let us know how it goes!

Hi Everyone
How strict is TESC about final grade submission. I talked to the graduation advisor and they said absolute cut-off was Aug 1st for grades. They said they will take 1 week to do the audit but it seems they are very slow at doing evolutions of the transcripts.

To the OP (Original Poster), you can wait for that to go through and still apply for graduation.
The dates are on their website here:
Thomas Edison State University: Graduation Information
If you submit everything before Oct 1, you're in for December graduation! (I am shooting for this).
And if it "fails", you have the time to make it up... they'll tell you what courses are needed if any.

If the grades aren't there when they audit your credits in Aug, you may out of luck for Sep graduation. However, I wouldn't just give up. It can't hurt to email the registrar and ask for consideration if they do fail your audit. If you can show the credits are in transition or in TESU's hands, they may be willing to work with you. There is undoubtedly a hard cutoff at some point for Sep, but keep trying until you're sure that there is no hope.
