Yes.

Last time, The Open University guys told me I will be able to apply for their top-up degree program with a 'Diploma of Higher Education' from University of London.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diploma_of..._Education

And it appears that XAMK issues the same 'Diploma of Higher Education' for free. It's the same qualification.
So I believe we'll be able to apply for the 1-year top-up business bachelor's degree program with XAMK tourism business diploma.
The price will be only 4,600 GBP (about $7900 USD). But the school is way more recognized than the big three.

Once they confirm that they're ok with a XAMK diploma, I'll update this thread. This could be then included as 'Big Four' on this forum.
This will be another cheapest way to get an accredited degree.

"Develop the skills and knowledge valued by employers and give your CV a boost with our innovative and flexible new BA (Hons) Business and Enterprise (Top-up) (Online) course, which enables you to top-up your previous qualifications (such as professional body qualifications or a HND/FdA or equivalent) to gain a full bachelor’s degree – 100% online. "

A top-up degree is a full bachelor's degree.

and the university is fully accredited:

A one year bachelor? That looks not normal.

No, you're misunderstanding the whole point.

1-year top-up degree requires you to have a Diploma of Higher Education to get in.

It normally takes two years to get a Diploma of Higher Education from UK institutions.

So you'll spend three years total. That's is normal in UK.

However, this XAMK Diploma of Higher Education takes about a year. Strangely, they use the same qualification name. So I've asked the UK university if they'll accept this XAMK diploma as entry qualification.

Well, I've asked to University of Essex admissions. They said, I can apply to the program with XAMK diploma but they won't guarantee admissions... it'll be determined case-by-case and they won't pre-evaluate their applicant's qualification.
