and make sure you keep moving at a decent pace. If you don't know the answer, mark it and go back to it later. Good luck Smile

Unless you really have to I wouldn't recommend pulling an all nighter. Make sure to get adequate sleep so you won't be tired for the test. Good luck!

I'd say the small benefit you might get by getting a few more right answers by pulling an all nighter will be offset by the fact that you will be tired and mentally burnt out for the exam, plus I don't think you'll retain much info anyway. I would study for a few hours tonight, get plenty of sleep, and eat a good healthy breakfast (one without any sugar) tomorrow morning before the test.

:iagree: :iagree: :iagree:

You can stay up a little bit late, but I wouldn't stay up more than 30 minutes to an hour past your bedtime. Get up early and take no more than 10-15 minutes to briefly go over your notes. Don't do more than that or it can stress you out right before the exam.

I always get a sugar free Red Bull on the way to the testing center. Don't do this if it makes you jittery, but I feel like it gives me a tiny boost right before I go.

Good luck!!

So how did it go? I know this is a little late for advice, but if you feel you need to pull an all-nighter before a CLEP then you're probably not ready for it yet. You should postpone it and allow yourself more study time.

As for what to eat before an exam, I would give the opposite adivce. I know for me at least, carbs help me think, without them my brain is in a fog. I usually have fruit, whole wheat bread, peanutbutter or nuts like walnuts or almonds and tea with sugar before an exam. I also make sure to limit the amount I eat, if it's too much I'll feel sleepy regardless of how much sugar or caffeine I've had!
