Hello all,
I am currently on the BSBA Computer Information Systems (enroll year 2017). I have completed the Business Law course at Sophia, and I am now only missing Managerial Communications. On the wiki it says that SDC's Business Communication (LL) can meet the requirement for MAN-373. Is this still true, or is my only option to take Managerial Communication through Davar or SDC (UL)? I'm a bit confused on the lower or upper level requirements.
Thanks!

Welcome to the board! Just to be on the safe side, email your advisor asking if you can take the Sophia.org course. Basically, you don't need an upper level course for the 2017 catalog year, go with the Sophia.org course since you have a membership with them already: https://www.sophia.org/online-courses/bu...munication

Students need at least one UL class in Business Core. If you already have this with another class, then you can definitely just take the LL class. If you don't have this, it's a bit trickier. I don't remember how long ago the UL requirement was added to the catalog, but they didn't actually start enforcing it until last year or the year before (IIRC). Even if it wasn't a requirement for the 2017 catalog, they might try to enforce the new-ish requirement anyway.

If you don't have any UL already, then take SDC's Managerial Comm course for that requirement. If you already have an UL, then take a LL version (SDC's Business Comm is good there, and I think Sophia has a newer one as well).

Thanks for the response!
I emailed TESU and got a response from them yesterday. The advisor said that Sophia's Business Communication wouldn't count, unfortunately. I'll ask if SDC's Business Communications will count.
