Thank you for taking the time to clarify that for me, I appreciate it. I was under the (hopeful but mistaken) impression that TEEX was somehow a part of a university system. At this point I am leaning toward ONU for RA credits.
You may want to consider a few things, exams and other courses: TECEP, UEXCELS, TEL Learning, and more...

As I read more about these options it might become less intimidating, I hope. I am a very nervous test taker. I am working through the Sophia courses and feeling very "safe" there right now even though I understand I'll have to move beyond that eventually to get to the goal. I am avidly reading everything here.

I finally transcripted and sent more of my ASU ULC credits. Here are the ones we weren't sure of:
FSE150 Perspectives on Grand Challenges for Engineering came in as EGM-199 Special Topics Enginrng Mechn
This was placed as an elective in my BSBA-CIS.
PAF112 Identity, Service, and American Democracy came in as POS-199 Special Topics Political Sci
Surprisingly, TESU put this in KNOWLDG HUMAN CULTRS - Additional Humanities and/or Social Sciences instead of filling my civic engagement hole for all of my degrees. This isn't what I expected, given that the PAF112 syllabus contains the phrase "civic engagement" about a dozen times. I'll just take the American Government ePack when I'm on flat-rate tuition next term.
Predictably, TESU doesn't have good equivalencies for these niche ASU courses. They get the special topics departmental elective treatment instead. Other than the placement of PAF112, there wasn't anything too surprising. I might still appeal that.

The tool is currently broken. No matter what is searched, "Sorry, there are no matching institutions with course equivalencies..." is always returned. I've emailed TESU tech support. This appears to be an issue with the collegetransfer.net database. I tried using the collegetransfer website instead of the embedded tool, but it also fails to find any equivalencies for known good courses.

Oh no! Hopefully, this gets fixed soon. Very annoying.

Bad news everyone. TESU responded to me stating that they will no longer be offering this tool. Now, you'll have to speak with an advisor to see how things will transfer.

Ouch! That really sucks because they're not exactly the most helpful at the best of times. Good thing I got what info there was for ASU & UExcels and put it on the wiki before the tool went splat.
I'm half-tempted to try to build a community-sourced version of the tool. One that includes alt providers as well.

I've also explored the idea of building a community-maintained tool incorporating alt-credit sources. What has held me up is the complexity of the data model. Non-collegiate credits can have reviews from ACE, NCCRS, and/or the PLR office. Each of those reviews may have differing valid dates and credits awarded. Maybe my database programming course will help me figure this out.

My idea would be to just have the tool display only the last 1 or 2 transfers for any given course + the date of these transfers. For instance:
Code: Source Transferred to Equivalency Date completed Date of Transfer
Study.com TESU POS-110 American Government April 9, 2019 December 3, 2019
Study.com TESU POS-100 United States Government March 1, 2020 March 3, 2021
For alt sources, simply include a link to the relevant database and a warning to check to make sure that the course hasn't expired. I wouldn't bother to keep that information within the tool itself; too much hassle.

How exactly does that work? Advisors don't determine what is transfer eligible. We see sooooo many posts on here where advisors gave the wrong info.
