Depends on your commitments and the time you have dedicated to studies. As you didn't do the template addendum, it can sway 50/50, either way... The more energy/time you have due to less commitments, the more UMPI will look favorable, you have a higher chance of finishing in 2 sessions for $2800 + the 90 credits or so you transfer in. But if "life happens" and you have commitments or something come up, Excelsior or TESU may look better. In any case, you should get those 90 credits from Sophia.org and see which way you want to go...
