Unfortunately no, that opportunity was available for a short period. I always felt it was a marketing ploy of which saavy forum members took full advantage. It would seem FHSU earned quite a few students from the deal. If nothing else the university became a common name on this forum. I think we all know how quickly a school and/or program becomes popular with forum support and recommendation. Schools and corporations monitoring this site prove that theory.
You will note over time forum members will stumble upon and promote certain offers. I've learned you need to jump on them right away if you want to benefit as they do not tend to last very long. The only gift that, surprisingly, keeps giving is Aleks. "Setting a goal is not the main thing. The traditional students and professors at Fort Hays threw a fit over the acceptance of Straighterline credits so the program was stopped.

I'm sure they did but I was told by the admin staff early on it would only last a short while. It was the reason I knocked my accounting courses out so quickly. I guess the pushback had already begun by the time I started. (shrugs) "Setting a goal is not the main thing. Thanks guys. Seems like walls are closing in on us. Especially us who are trying to do the non-trad local state univ route, which seems impossible on all accounts.

From everything I have learned over the last two years, it seems like the best way to do non-traditional through a local university is to take CLEP and DSST exams based on the dictates of the specific university. Where I am, the list consists of about 8 exams between both CLEP and DSST with some of the score requirements very tight. When dealing with Freshman level courses, we are talking about the cash cows of university.
