Fastest and cheapest way to get BAS or Bs CS for International Student

BJ: Sure, you're 35 and already in the field, not a newbie starting off, BOG AAS, UMPI BAS plus 4 classes for UMPI MAOL later works.  Others may disagree and would recommend TESU BACS, that's fine and is another option the OP may look into as a choice to select from.

You've got so many different options with your credits and you can swing things in many different ways.  You can do the UMPI BAS/MAOL and then go for the Coursera/EdX MOOC Masters when you have the budget to get this done. At $2.5K, the closest is doing the BAS in 1 session.

Hi zFranco I read your post. You already have a Licenciatura with some Math and experience in SWE.
If you are interested in learning and getting a good master's degree, you can check OMSCS GaTech:

A lot of people get accept without a CS degree so you should be fine because you have Math on yours. It will cost you around 7k and it will take you time so per year won't be too much.

Otherwise, you can do TESU, they will take a lot of credits from your degree, 30 elective credits plus GE credits. You can do it quick there but for the same money you can get a master in a top university and learn a lot.

Thanks again BJ, I'm still not sure about which one to choose and now with more doubts, I didn't know my credits could work for any of these American colleges.

Thanks Honguito! That master looks great, tbh was always my first goal, and I know GATECH is about top 10 tech colleges and would help a lot in my career. I heard it's kind of hard to get admitted so was thinking in getting a bachelor first, because, anyway, right now I can't afford it, and starting to study every day again will keep my mind moving until I save for a master. 
EDIT: Just found this in OMSCS forum:
 I just got an email from the Office of Graduate Studies saying that my Australian Bachelors isn't equivalent to a US Bachelors degree and I should either take another undergraduate program at a regionally accredited college in the US, or study for another Masters before coming back here to apply for OMSCS

So I guess I will have to pursue an US bachelor first. We are back at the beginning, picking a bachelor first (but having in mind the masters in the future)

OMSCS isn't hard to get into at all. Their admittance rates are sky high. Is yours a 3-year degree? There was one guy who did get in with a 3 year degree + associates:

So you could go for a Pierpont Associate's in Information Systems and then apply to OMSCS.

Thanks, that could work, but for me it seems like it's easier to work towards credits, feels more like progress.

You are able to apply to the OSMCS with your degree:

The application fee is $105 plus the TOEFL or IELTS.
Try to do a good application essay and add your experience and the MOOCs you did. They recommend to completed 3 MOOCs they have in edx, you can apply to financial aid to these courses.

They also take care of the degree certification for you, so you don't have to expend money on WES. After you application is accepted, they will contact you to send your degree to SpanTran.
