If you're starting from scratch, with no particular subject matter expertise, Liberty University's MA in Executive Leadership is a one year program.

I'm another vote for WGU-
My situation is a little different as I'm in the Master or Science, Accounting program. There are 10 classes in my program- so pretty much I'm allowing 18 days per class to finish in one 6 month term. I've completed 4 classes since December 1st. I'm currently around 10 days behind schedule- but should be able to make up the time with my next two classes. I did two of the harder courses first, leaving me just two more particularly challenging courses. I have a couple classes that just require a paper- so should be able to finish those in less than 18 days and catch back up. I just finished the BS in Accounting back in November- the topics being really fresh in mind has definitely been helpful. It's not easy though- I work too and the whole process is just grueling and I'm OVER it. I should have taken a break in between the BS and graduate programs.
