There was an email a few weeks ago where you needed to confirm how you wanted your name displayed. Did you get that email and fill it out? My certificate was on Credly a few days after I responded to that email. There was an email last week with directions on how to get your badge. There was a video in it showing you how to do it.

I don't remember honestly, I've written to them twice now about it so hopefully someone gets back to me eventually.

Have you looked through your emails? Some of their emails ended up in my spam box for some reason.

Yes there isn't anything in there about that. I went through every email I have from them.
Oh well, guess I'll just hope they get back to me about it.

On May 27th and 29th, they sent emails out with the subject "Please Check How Your Name will Appear on Your Certificate and Credly badge"
Quote:We will begin issuing badges on June 1 and expect all to be issued by June 15. You will receive an email from USF's Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education (via Credly) inviting you to accept your badge. Kindly add admin@credly.com to your safesenders list to avoid any issues with spam filters.

Those were the emails in my spam folder. Nothing else went in there from them. It was so weird. Complete fluke that I even looked in my spam folder.

They asked not to be contacted until after the 15th because that was the last day they would be issuing them. Maybe email them tomorrow and ask about it.
