Just giving back to this wonderful forum. The first person that posts "I want it" as a reply in this thread gets it free. I'll even cover media mail shipping costs. I would like it to be a US address to keep my shipping cost down.
Please only speak for the book if you need it ie. don't throw it up on Ebay. Last stipulation is to give it to someone else when you're done.
