The biggest breakthrough seems to be its ability to see video on your computer screen and react in real-time.

So, this is what Elon Musk was talking about a while back. He mentioned that, in his opinion, it would be useless to learn languages because in the near future we would be able to AI software on headphones that can translate in real time. Of course, I disagree because there are cognitive benefits to learning a language but in the context of the classroom, I see his point.
AI has definitely changed the way I study. I don't need to spend nearly as much time preparing my study materials; for example, with some very basic coding + GPT-4o I can make anki cloze deletion mark-up flashcards from an entire chapter of a textbook in about 5-10 minutes.

this has got to be somebody testing ability to post spam later

its their first post and it reads weird
as if its bot generated  (or perhaps English isn't their first language)

It's also useless to exercise for cardio/strength since ultimately vehicles and machines will continue to be better than humans at transportation or manual labor.

I agree, there are definitely benefits to humans continuing to learn and grow in many ways and as you mentioned, one can employ these AI tools to improve/maximize their own efficiency and effectiveness across many types of tasks. The real question is will people take this opportunity to maximize their own growth or become lazier over time?
