Hi Mates,

I Need Some Help And Advice From You Guys. I'm Almost Complete With My Graduation Evaluation To TESU In General Management But Have Ran Into A Big Problem For Me In Passing The Finance 101 - Principles Of Finance Course At Study.Com. FIN-301 At TESU. 

I Failed The Exam On Sunday Night and Have The Opportunity To Take it Again As Early As Tomorrow Night. I Have To Get At least A 57% On The Test. Please Keep In Mind English Is My 2nd Language For Me So Sometimes I Can Get Confused. The First Time I Got a 46% I Struggled ALOT.

I Took Ten Other Courses At Study.Com And This Course Was By Far The Dryest And Worst Of The 10. 

Is This Course Mandatory For My Evaluation Or Is There Other, Maybe Easier, Options? Does Straighterline.com Have A Finance Course I Can Take? Is There 2nd Exam I Will Take Going To Be The Same Test Or A Different One? Will It Be More Difficult?

Im Not Giving UP But Im Frustrated. Can You Take The Exam at Study.Com Unlimited Times?

Can Anyone Offer Me Some Tips On Passing The Exam? I Have Taken All The Chapter Tests And The Practice Exams. I Actually Got Anywhere From 52% To 58% On The Practice Exams And I Studied Them All Day Sunday And When I Took The Final Exam I Didn't Recogonize Any Of The Questions :-(

I took the Penn Foster course (Financial Management) back before Study.com offered it (actually, I'm not sure Study.com was around yet).  I did not think it was "easy" like some people here say it was.  But it was definitely doable.  The only issue is cost - it's $329.  Your other options: Davar exam for $85; Propero course $330; DSST exam; UExcel exam $145.

When I took it, the Penn Foster course consisted of 5 open-book exams that you could take twice, and then a final exam which is on paper, you print it out, do the problems on a sheet or two of paper, upload it to the course, and then they score it and you get your final grade within a few days.  Again, it was not an easy course, but at least you could take the exams twice (which I did for 4 out of the 5), and an open-book unproctored final which actually took me a few days to complete.  I had to read a lot in the textbook to answer the difficult questions.

Right now it shows an expiration date of 6/30/18, so if you want to take it through them, I suggest you sign up sooner rather than later.  You must finish the course before the expiration date, otherwise it's not ACE-recommended (assuming they don't reauthorize the course, which many times they don't).
