My son did 2 FEMA classes today and had the same problem both times. When he went into hit submit after filling in the answers, entering personal info, etc. an error message pops up telling him he isn't entering the class from the right page, but he absolutely is (because he goes back and does it again!). Does anyone have any suggestions? He's going to have to call tech support in the morning, but he lost answers 4 (!) times. Twice on the first test- I told him to try another in case it was a glitch, but now twice on this one. He hates FEMA. This has eaten 7 hours of his day. I don't remember having trouble! Any ideas about what's going on?
Has anyone ever printed out the paper answer key and used the postal mail option? I'm leaning toward that right now.

Install this plugin:
home - Lazarus: Form Recovery: Restore lost forms with a single click and in the future you can avoid having to retype info into forms when things like that happen.

Sorry to hear that, that is weird. Do you know if he was using IE, Chrome , or Firefox? Either they were having server problems or it may be stale cache with the browser. I'd delete temp files before having him try it again. Or I'd try using a different browser. I just left a job doing tech support and you would be surprised based on browser/poor website coding how often something like this can happen.
I'm not sure if he has completed Fema tests on same computer before ,but if hes using IE you can try this. hopefully it helps if its a browser issue.
