Straighterline or CLEP for Accounting?

For my degree I need to take ACCT 280 & 281

On the Accounting IC it says:

PLEASE NOTE: According to the Collegeboard website, the 6-credit Principles of Accounting exam will no longer be available after June 30, 2007. It is being replaced by a 3-credit Financial Accounting exam. Our sections on Financial Accounting definitely cover a lot of the topics on the new exam, but we don't know yet if it'll be enough for a passing score (on the new 3-credit Financial Accounting exam)."


For the two classes that I need should I go a different route other than IC in order to clep these classes?

Should I use Straighterline or another program?

Need a little advice here.......still pretty new to this stuff.

It is probably less expensive to use the SL $99.00 if you need the courses offered by SL, and if they are accepted at your school. Not sure what is indicated by 280 and 281. Is this financial and managerial accounting? SL is a great option is you can get your school to accept the credit.
