Can anybody tell me how long they had to wait for their transcript evaluation?? EC rec'd my last transcript on 5/14. I called at the end of last week just to get an idea of how long it would take...a lady told me that my evaluation should be completed by Monday, 5/21. Well, it's now 5/24 & still no dice. I'm just a tad impatient--can't ya' tell?! I just really want a better idea of how long I'll be waiting.
Any info will help! Thanks!

I waited over six weeks for my initial evaluation. For updated evals, I have waited anywhere from 1 day up to three weeks. I am surprised that they would promise you an eval a week after the receipt of the last transcrpt, as the "Incoming Transcript Status" page in myEC has the following statement at the top:
"Please note: Your evaluation will be conducted within 6-8 weeks of our receipt of your transcript(s)."

That's what I thought!! Then the lady I talked to at EC told me that my eval would be completed by 5/21 & that didn't quite sound right, but I wanted to check with people who've gone through it. Maybe she had no idea what I was really asking?

Actually my screen says:
"Please note: Your unofficial evaluation will be completed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of your official transcripts"
My last transcript (out of 5) was received on 5/18. I'm also waiting for my evaluation.

Hmm, perhaps unofficial evaluations are faster than official evaluations. I cut and paste what I saw on my screen, but I am an enrolled student.

So, what's the difference between an official & unofficial eval? Is the official eval what you get once you actually enroll?

Yes, once enrolled they do an official evaluation.

Wow....that's a coincidence. My unofficial review just came through. I went ahead and enrolled.

What degree are you working toward & how long did you wait?
