Waive this $1,095 enrollment Fee if you earn 12 course credits at Excelsior,
My question is, if i did some credit UEXCEL Exams by Excelsior do it helps avoid taking the 12 credits at normal tuition rate.
I just wants to get out of confuse.

It dos not. UExcel exams don't count against the 12 credits.
