Their was a thread on here which is similar to this, but i figured this needed its own post... So lets GOooooo =) I'll start:
The easiest straighterline course i've taken is Cultural Anthropology, and Principles of Management because all of the answers were found in the book, in which i had as a E-book!... Ebooks are a MUST with straigherline courses

I actually don't use e-book as I prefer the hard copies because of the ease with which I can flip to and fro the index and pages when needed. The easiest courses I have taken at Straighterline happened to be Introduction to Business and Business Communication. Anyone with prior experience in business and formal correspondence writing should be able to tackle the exams without necessarily using the texts.

These were the two courses that immediately came to mind when I saw this question as well.

I agree with Saharapost on the hard copy books. I could flip through them really quickly. I also thought the quiz portion of the Business Communication course was really easy and didn't need a book. To me, most of the answers seemed obvious or just common sense. However, I recall someone posting here on degreeforum that the answers were too subjective for him and that he was struggling. I also found the writing portion of Business Communication to be fairly time consuming.

I couldn't imagine using a textbook for SL courses, the ease of using ctrl-f to search through an e-book makes it so simple.
Intro to Nutrition was pretty easy as well, a lot of tests, but the subject matter was pretty common sense.
I would not recommend Western Civ. II or Organizational Behavior, I found those extremely difficult.

Intro to Religion was easy and interesting. Business Communications was easy also. I did not find Us History 1 easy at all with the way the questions are worded. Also, Western Civ 1 was not the cake walk I thought it would be either.
