English Comp II on Sophia vs at UMPI

I did English Comp I from Sophia and now I'm doing Workplace Writing II through them. 

Years ago, I did English Comp I at a traditional, 4-year,  in-person college.

Honestly, they all provide pretty basic information. I enjoyed the in-person class solely because some of the essays we studied were interesting. But as far as writing instruction goes, they have all been pretty equal.

I haven't taken any writing classes at UMPI yet, so I can't speak to speed there.

However, Workplace Writing II at Sophia has 6 touchstones (only 3 of these are actual papers); each touchstone can only be submitted after the previous ones have been graded, and each one will take a good 3 days to be graded. So if speed is your goal, keep that in mind.

I noticed your signature and that you plan to complete the English Minor at UMPI. That's an on campus minor and not one officially available in YourPace. Have you already contacted YourPace admissions to confirm that you can complete this minor? I ask because all of the courses required to complete it aren't available in YourPace. There's only 1 300-400 level ENG courses available in YourPace. I haven't seen anyone take the 200 level Eng Lit courses so I can't say that they're actually available even though they're listed in the YourPace catalog currently. There's nothing about them on the Discord either. Are you transferring courses into this minor?
