A big move is happening in the social media world.
Elon Musk is offering to buy Twitter for $43 billion in cash or $54.20 a share.

1. My conclusion,

is f**king with the SEC. His filing w/the SEC allows him to say he wants to take a company private for $54.20 ? Vs his "Am considering taking Tesla private at $420. Funding secured" Price go up. His shares get sold. Profit ️ SEC like WTF just happened.
2. Every major tech company , Google, fb, et al is on the phone with their anti trust lawyers asking if they can buy Twitter and get it approved. And Twitter is on the phone with their lawyers asking which can be their white knight. Gonna be interesting
So what are Musk's intentions, money, trolling, or owning Twitter?

Twitter closed at around $45 a share. The offer is $54 a share, which is around 20% above where it's trading now.
Someone else could step in and offer $65 a share to outbid Musk for all we know. So then we got a bidding war.
Then Musk could say, I don't care what you all bid. I'm taking it to a vote of the shareholders.
