soulblader and Mems88 have already answered your question, plus it's nothing to do with Brexit, what's relevant is the law on the reform of university-owned titles (Título Propio)change into Máster de Formción Permanente(MFP) that came into force last October

兄弟, My friend, Hey... it seems we're not on the same page as there is some sort of discrepancy... Here's the thing I mentioned, neither members responded with the 'full' answer, it's just 'partial' answer on their end, thus, I asked it again... I asked for both, but we only have one... Here's the questions 1) Can someone contact both https://www.ecctis.com/ and also https://www.enic.org.uk/ to verify the UK has abandoned the Spanish Level 7 Propio? Please... 2) Again, can someone check with https://www.enic.org.uk/ to verify the UK has abandoned the Spanish Level 7 Propio? Please...
Secondly, It's great you're quoting me and providing extra info. It's awesome to share information... Having said that, I did mention "in and outside of the country" as well as "before and after BREXIT", I didn't specifically say it was because of BREXIT that these changes are in place - changes within countries, institutions, etc, are outside evaluation agencies limits. You may want to review that, I don't want to rephrase it differently as it may cause confusion... In an earlier post, I relayed that changes are occurring and to check all ENIC EU partners, I am asking for confirmation from people that they may or may not accept Propio...

The message I posted above is the rejection from Eccits. I submitted an evaluation for 6 degrees, and all of them were rejected yesterday with the response text from above. I also sent an email asking if they do not issue Spanish Level 7 Propio, but unfortunately, I received no information.

You might want to look at some of ENEB's partner universities besides Isabel I that plan to award their own degree along with the ENEB diploma. Some of those may result in an official Masters diploma which could result in a positive foreign credential evaluation. https://eneb.com/institutional-alliances/

Thank you. Do you have experience with this? Do you know if I can directly contact the partner universities, or do I need to contact ENEB first if I need more information?

Technically, people in the US shouldn't be affected... The main reason I wanted people to investigate ENIC/NARIC vs ECCTIS is because, other ENIC/NARIC authorities may have made changes. If those changes are favorable, great news, having said that, if the changes aren't favorable, then the usage of ENEB would affect those who want to complete a 'quicker' alternative credit option...
