So from the Nubi meeting.
1. They want student presidents to represent the company, for free.
2. They blamed the diploma delivery delays on students constantly sending them emails and changes.
3. They have no timeline on the Isabel I digital diplomas. (a few weeks?)
4. They won't send you hard copies until you receive all digital diplomas for all enrolled programs (must be complete with all enrolled programs).
5. The IEE partnership is just a validation of credits from ECTS to US/Canadian credits, not diplomas. The diploma is being evaluated as a bachelors by IEE.
6. I tried to explain to them the issue with the IEE link and IEE requiring official transcripts. They said they would investigate.

I went to the meeting, around 50 people attended. It is like a pixel art RPG version of a meeting room where you can click to move around and it has an ENEB building in it. In order to actually join the meeting you must click or double click on the audience seats in the image, your avatar guy will walk there, it will ask if you want to join, and then a powerpoint will appear on-screen. There are two totally separate chatboxes, one for meeting members and one for everyone even outside the meeting. So people outside the meeting are just asking over and over how to join the meeting.... because there are no instructions anywhere, you just have to figure it out.
Info from the chatbox in NUBI (the ENEB meeting room):
1) A person said "I study in Slovenia and they accepted my ENEB master's as first year of my master study. I obtained 60 ECTS and they only required a digital diploma. They said they would call the institution where I got the diploma from and check if it was legit." "Do they require you to go to a evaluation process that is specific for Slovenia like WES or IEE in US or Canada?" "No, they don't. They just accepted the ECTS."
2) "Is it recognized in UAE?" "Yes, I am from UAE. A lot of my friends got it attested in the UAE by MOFA."
3) A person in the US got their "MBA and Master in Business & Corp. Communication" equated by ECE to a "US Accredited Bachelor" and by Foreign Credential Services of America to a "Diploma non-accredited". The person sent both ENEB & Isabel documents, the evaluation decision was supposedly performed based on the Isabel documents. They received their diplomas near the end of 2023 but just got sent a new updated version of their diplomas including a new conferral date, due to the legal change in Spain at the end of 2023.
4) A person in New York says every employer they tried only cared that the diploma itself came from an accredited university, so all employers accepted their Isabel certificate at face value as being an accredited university diploma. However they said they did not try for any jobs that required licensure and did not try to get into university admissions with it.
5) It's unclear if someone from Bosnia/Germany received 60 ECTS or not, and if so if that was in Bosnia or Germany. They teach at IU Germany.
6) There seems to be a main WhatsApp group for ENEB, it is chat.whatsapp.com/DxIELwIsUjH2vrjtS1ObO2 - replace that last 2 with a p instead (I did that so robots don't spam their chat).
7) Here is some sort of PowerPoint in Spanish relating to the Class President stuff: https://uexternadoedu-my.sharepoint.com/...G0G6tJJ3Eg
According to the ENEB staff at the meeting:
ENEB is pronounced "eh nebb" not "ee en ee bee".
Class presidents will have internal meetings, presidents can be from any country, there will be two main groups (English and Spanish). Their task is to help people learn ways to study, show ENEB morals, and create a community feeling at ENEB. Presidents will not get any salary, but they can get class discounts (it sounds similar to having an ambassador code) and will build an international network of connections through these meetings and will see the internal workings of ENEB. "Companies really value it if you were a class president at school."
- March 31st - application window for class presidency ends.
- April 1st - 1st election board
- April 2nd - Notification of 1st group chosen.
- April 3rd - Personal interviews. Sounds like you will have to record videos.
- April 5th - Notification of final candidates.
- April 11 - First meeting of class presidents from all countries.
Diplomas: We know ENEB is running late on giving out the diplomas but to be honest we receive THOUSANDS of Emails every day. Every day we get Emails like "Can I change the name? Can I change the color of the diploma?" and we have to reply to all of these one by one. We have more than 5,000 current actively studying students.
Receipt of digital diplomas is supposed to take 60 days: 1) complete degree, 2) receive form asking for info, 3) get diploma. However the internal process looks like this: 1) student completes degree, 2) we verify completion with academic team, 3) you confirm your data (name, etc) - if this is incorrect or you want to change your name after you confirmed your data (like a nickname to your real name) then we have to reprocess everything individually. 4) we confirm payments have completed. 5) we generate the diplomas, 6) We request Isabel to generate their diplomas, 7) We receive the Isabel diploma after they do administrative work on their end about all this 8) we send you the diplomas.
We have actually changed all of the technology we have been using for these steps recently and that is part of why we have such a big delay. The other main part of the delay is receiving thousands of Emails asking for modifications or even angry customer Emails. The third part of the delay is people asking for their diplomas or confirmation Emails when they have not actually finished their programs - each time this happens we have to individually go in and check this person's account and confirm if they have finished or not.
"When will I receive my Isabel certificate?" - "We hope it will be within the next few weeks."
"When will I receive my hard copies?" - We can only start that process once the student has received ALL the ENEB digital diplomas from ALL your programs. If you are enrolled in 2 degrees but only finish 1, you will not get the hard copy for that 1 diploma until after you have finished your 2nd degree too. This usually takes 60 days after you get your digital diplomas - we have to take the diplomas to the notary and apostille places, and part of this delay is delay from these external agencies. We have hundreds ready to go out either tomorrow (Friday) or the beginning of next week. As soon as the hard copies get sent out we will Email you a tracking number.
"We don't like the new certificates, we like the old ones", "Can't you make the diploma background prettier?" - We are part of a partnership which dictates how we must do the certificates. This includes the wording, background and the color.
"I finished the program, why didn't I receive the Email asking to confirm my data?" - What we found is most students who have this problem did not actually finish their programs. Once all your grades have been uploaded into the campus, if you still didn't receive anything then you can Email us.
IEE partnership - Our partnership with another group (probably WES but it went unnamed) has ended. However we have a new partnership with the NACES committee IEE, which can also validate your degrees into both Canadian and American credits. They have agreed to validate ENEB credits and give ENEB students a 20% discount. If you did not already receive the Email with the link, once you have completed your academic program you can Email the academic department and they will Email you a special IEE link which has the discount. Before we did this partnership IEE would often take one to two months to evaluate ENEB degrees but now they agreed to make it 3 days, we hope this will help people who are applying in order to immigrate and are often in a rush because the immigration process already takes so long. The money goes directly to IEE, we at ENEB do not receive any money from this deal or from when you pay IEE. (No mention on what IEE would actually evaluate it as during this meeting - spree610 said later on in the English MasterClass they claim it will get evaluated as a Bachelor's.)
Our biggest communities outside of Spain are in Asia, Pakistan etc. Our goal is simply to help you move up in your life and have more opportunities. (They made it clear they're not to be viewed as the be-all end-all to education or your life.)

I had no problems understanding their English (I do not speak any Romance language, unless Esperanto counts). However I agree that if their English were better the meeting would probably have been more effective and they would not have felt the need to repeat themselves (psychologically, that is often a sign of feeling you were not understood or responded to).

Webinar recap:
They want people to apply for the class president thing. About 15 mins was going over information that was already sent by email. But it's really important that everyone apply for it, because reasons.
Degrees are still delayed. According to El Presidente "You sending thousands of emails about your degrees is not helping." You'll get them eventually. Things like apostille and printing diplomas take time. We're working on it, we promise. We're grading your papers too, stop asking us. Just because you submitted it 4 months ago and don't have a grade yet doesn't mean you should ask about it. Then he started rambling about wanting to change the color of the degrees and I think he said that is also causing a delay? His English sucks like a prostitute in a black hole, to put it nicely.
Lots of incoherent rambling about the IEE process, delivering the same information that was in the email in a way that was so disjointed you would think it has to be parody. At this point of the webinar I understood the inspiration for Manuel in Fawlty Towers. Have no fear, ENEB is "speeding up the process of succeeding with your life and your career and your curriculum." I could not make that up if I tried. By going through the ENEB link you will save $20 or 20% (both were said at different times) on the IEE evaluation. Will IEE still be giving 2.75 credits per class? Will it still be evaluated as a graduate diploma? These things were not addressed. But this totally shows how awesome and amazing and legitimate ENEB is, because we told IEE we would send them enough suckers to give a quantity discount on ctrl+c crtl+v evaluations.
Oh and btw we have another appointment no questions k thx bye.
edit: Here's the discount link. It's $20 off. https://myiee.org/university/eneb-europe...lona%C2%A0

They did answer the question in the English Masterclass Q&A after. They said that the partnership was about credit transfer from ECTS to US/Canada. Diplomas would be evaluated as bachelors.

I would explain it away as education that focused on European practices (ex. European business trends) instead of American or "International".
Is anyone willing to send their ENEB diplomas in to the NACES member SpanTran? As far as I know no one has tested them yet https://spantran.com

Yeah that meeting was a hot mess! Everyone was as confused as I was about navigating Nubi but I figured it out and got in about 5 or 6 minutes late. I thought they would go into more detail about the IEE process to the point that I did a ScreenR recording as I had to leave for a doctors appointment around 12:45 but noticed that portion only took about 10 minutes and was completed right before I left home.
It’s to the point now that I wouldn’t recommend ENEB to anyone as everything there is disorganized. There is no incentive to become student president other than some future discounts on courses. The email about another validation degree is similar to MCA Business School as a Propio on top of a Propio and this is the second time this UDIMA certified partner school has been offered.
As far as the IEE evaluation turning up a Bachelors equivalent, I’m thinking this will only be for those who evaluate ENEB without the Isabel I diploma. I’m willing to bet that the IEE evaluation result will still be a graduate diploma/certificate equivalent if the Isabel I diploma is included. This is a money grab for IEE to evaluate ENEB graduates with or without the Isabel I diploma. The best NACES evaluator right now seems to be SpanTran for Isabel I because they are stating completion of a graduate program without regard to accreditation or exact equivalency which keeps everything open to interpretation.

Interesting turn of events alright... From reading the last few posts... That's correct, I believe and I also think Spantran would be the best option at the moment as DeanLewis was able to get a favorable evaluation here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid415605
- Essentially, IEE dropped their initial evaluation from a similar stance of graduate cert/diploma to a less favorable Bachelors degree instead, they're now giving the same evaluation as ECE. Further to that, they're charging you less $20 but for verification, you're paying an extra $50. Thus, you're paying an extra $30 for a 'money grab' to get a less favorable evaluation, go the Spantran option instead!

I'm not against the student president thing because I have seen similar stuff at a LOT of universities recently. They just all call it different stuff (such as "ambassador", "influencer", "mentor"...).
The ENEB Wiki has been updated. If anyone knows of any more evaluators that have been tried please do add them to the Wiki - or post them here so someone else can.

After reading all the meeting minutes, I also feel their performance sucks; frankly I had a much better experience with Mastercursos regarding digital and hard-copy diploma deliveries.
PS, I finally identified one positive message for myself. Wow, mom ~~ I now know how to pronounce E~NEB, bravo!

Wait - did they mention anything about the test-out option and its IEE evaluation?
If IEE evaluations still work with the test-out option. this could be an opportunity for those who's looking for a cheap and fast BA...
