Should we mention Masters as a graduate certificate?
I would just mention it as a Master's degree which is what it is. The FCE companies all have differing opinions about it but it doesn't change it from being a Master's degree. I would list it on a resume or professional profile as Universidad Isabel I - ENEB and the Master's degree in whatever area of specialization.
The FCE only matters based on what you are using it for. Validential seems to work for a vast majority of employment situations and continuing education outside of regionally accredited schools. NACES evaluators should be used for continuing education at regionally accredited schools as well as for jobs at these schools.

Thank you!
I was confused by this.
U.S. regionally accredited Graduate diploma - Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute (ACEI), ACEI has confirmed in the EAIE Conference that it will evaluate all Titulo Propio degrees in Spain, regardless of institution (including public universities and IE University), as being a graduate diploma so long as proof that the evaluation recipient has a Bachelor's degree is provided. ACEI recommends that graduate transfer credit be awarded for such an evaluation and thus requires a transcript.

How many pages should each course's essay be? Is it in APA format?

The Final Project PDF will give you specific instructions. But to answer your question: The project should not exceed more than 18 pages, excluding the cover page, bibliography and the appendix; and they want APA.

I got the impression many students here write far too much or feel the need to pad out their papers. So long as you're answering the question and addressing each component of the question, you will do fine. Most chapters only really require 6-7 pages.

When it comes to foreign degrees and foreign degree evaluation agencies, expect each agency to have its own unique rules to determine the equivalence of your degree. Some will evaluate it as a Bachelor's degree, some as a Grad Diploma, some as a Master's, some as an unaccredited Master's, and others will not evaluate it at all. It's important to research as best you can to find the evaluator that either has a history of giving your degree a favorable evaluation, or to find one you see as giving you the best possibility of that.

I have inquired from another FCE about evaluating Master Titulo Propio's in general. Their response is "We will equate your Spanish Master/Titulo Propio to completion of continuing education since it is not a Titulo Universitario oficial we cannot reach a US master’s degree equivalency" This comes from Foundation of International Services ( http://www.fis-web.com/), Inc. They evaluate for graduate credit with no degree recognition. Practically the same as IEE and AICE without the Graduate Certificate designation.

ENEB was very generous and refunded my fees after I did not like the format of the course.
