thank you all.
The ENEB degrees aren't meant to be used to be continue university studies at another university. What kind of Japanese degree are you trying to get? It's possible that you could get an inexpensive European or American degree online (though, perhaps not as cheaply as the ENEB degree).
I know you're aware of this, but I want to point this out for those who might be passing through: the utility roadblock is really a matter in Spain in the sense that a Master propio (the degree students receive if they successfully complete the program) is not designed to be used to enter a Doctoral program or work in the government sector in Spain. Outside of Spain, it's really country-dependent. Drilling down further it can be school-dependent. In the United States, as long as the degree is evaluated as equivalent to the U.S. standard through a foreign credential evaluation, U.S. schools will take them. Some schools will even take them without an evaluation since some do their own in-house evaluations. And some of those schools will accept them for Doctoral entry (I mentioned some a little while back, I can't remember them all at the moment but Apollos was one), so it's really a matter of a student searching for what they need. I don't know what Japan might be like with this, but from a U.S. perspective there are opportunities.
Where a Master propio tends to have issues is with a 1:1 conversion in two ways: 1. It may not be deemed equivalent to a Master's by some evaluators in the U.S. and instead be deemed equivalent to a Bachelor's degree or a graduate diploma or certificate 2. The credit amounts for each class may not be evaluated as a full 3 credits, but even then it's up to each individual school to make a decision on if they'll accept the courses as a whole regardless of that, and as Michael Smith kindly showed us here, there are schools that are familiar with the credit shaving nonsense and will take the courses straight-up as equal to 3 credits.

It seems Japan's Embassy may consider it as the Master.
I found some information about MÁSTER PROPIO EN ESTUDIOS JAPONESES EN LA UNIVERSIDAD DE ZARAGOZA ( https://www.es.emb-japan.go.jp/itpr_es/00_000865.html)

In fact, I prefer to go to America, but I don't have enough money. It's really hard to accept if I can't stay and work after graduation. I want to study abroad and then stay here to live, so there are a lot of things to consider. Thanks again.

Greetings Everyone:
Just wanted to give you a quick update to the TESU Degree Evaluation I mentioned earlier. As I said, I transfered over 60 credits of US RA coursework from other schools I attended over the years. Then I took ENEB's MBA & Master in Business & Corporate Communication degrees. The total courses at ENEB is 19 Modules (13 MBA, 6 Masters).
The ECE Evaluation was sent to TESU and here are the results. I will Google Drive Link my TESU Degree audit for the BA Liberal Studies for your review here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-mQEcqN...sp=sharing
TESU awarded me 35 upper division (300-400) undergraduate credits for the ENEB MBA+Masters.
My own personal feelings: I wish they had awarded more, or at least the recommended 50 credits ECE put on the report. TESU has a unique set of courses for their BALS degree and I don't understand how the 6 courses placed in the last section as "Unused." How is Marketing, Strategic Management, International Accounting, Supply Chain Management and Financial Management not used? And when I try to do their version of "What if" and change the major to Business Administration or a general BA in Business, they take some courses away, while adding other courses. I was expecting at least 60+45/50 with a total credit earned over 100. But TESU has me at 86 with 34 remaining. I'm thankful but not satisfied.
Anyway, I am placing this plan on hold as I consider taking my additional ENEB (2) Masters (MPM & MHRM), and once I'm done, I will do the ECE Subject Analysis Report and submit them to Excelsior University and see if I can get more credits and less courses to completion. TESU is more expensive ($4,778 per Term) and they have a predatory practice of making sure you HAVE TO take 16 credits of residency or pay the Residency Fee waiver ($3,288).
I suspect they skimmed the credits to make sure I would pay a full Semester's tuition (2 Terms, approx. $10,000), rather than just award me the full 114 credits. Then I would only need the Cornerstone, Capstone and Info Lit courses (7 credits), pay the Residency Fee Waiver, and graduate. But then again, I guess I can see it from their POV that I am still missing 6 Lower Division classes from the GENERAL REQUIREMENTS > INTEL & PRACT SKILLS area.
Anyway, hope this helps.

To be honest, I'm kind of surprised they gave that many for a BALS degree. Most business courses are not Liberal Studies, so they'll go unused (except as free electives). I hadn't realized that you were going for a BALS, or I would have told you that you're likely going to be disappointed.

You are still free to bring in courses from Sophia, Davar, Study.com, and/or Coopersmith. The trick is to see which degree will be easiest for you to complete. A BSBA might have a few more courses than the BALS, but maybe all of those courses are LL and easier to complete than going with the BALS ones.
FWIW, I think Excelsior will be even less favorable than TESU. There are a limited amount of Professional Studies credits that are allowed in even a BSLS degree. They're also kind of picky about exactly which Business courses will even work for their business degrees. I'm not saying not to try, but I think that TESU is probably going to be your best option for credit acceptance, at this point.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

@michaeladsmith2, TESU 16 credit residency requirement would be a very good option, you have the UL requirements for both the BALS and the BSBA met, that means you can do the 16 credits using 2 EPACKS or very easy courses on the WIKI and the two capstones, PLA 100 and be done... 16 credits total, using the flat rate tuition and finish in that 1 term of 12 weeks. You get two degrees instead of 1.

You may want to explore SUU: Speedway Bachelor of General Studies online degree at $75 per credit hour. https://www.suu.edu/speedway/
This makes a good completion degree due to the price. You will need atleast 30 credit hours in residence which comes out to roughly $2250.

I was able to sign up for an International Student Identity Card (Canada Chapter) using the digital enrollment certificate provided by the registrar.
Probably isn't a significant DP for anyone as the ISIC card is not commonly recognized beyond a few European countries (Italy, Greece, etc.), but in Canada, you can use them to buy student fares on trains that are normally reserved for Ages 12-25.
Annoyingly, the very long name of ENEB (Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona) covers my photo.

Quick note: Virginia University of Lynchburg accepts ENEB Masters degrees for admission into the Doctor of Healthcare Administration (DHA). Received confirmation from VUL Admissions office.
I sent them my Validential FCE (evaluated as a MBA from a "US RA College/University.")

Good info.
I'm curious: Do you know if they accept them straight up without an evaluation? Do they do their own evaluation internally (a number of schools do)? Or was it a situation where you had to present an FCE in order for them to consider it?
