Dear Student,
We inform you that the academic transcript is only included in the shipment if the student request the issuance of ENEB's certificates. If you request the Isabel's, we will not include the academic transcript as they do not issue such document.
We remain at your disposal for any further information.

It used to be like that sometime ago, too? I mean, no academic transcript from Universidad Isabel I?
That seems like it makes sense. The University can’t provide transcripts for courses they did not teach, right? They can. They just don't issue transcripts for their propios because they certify so many programs that they would need a separate very large operation to handle all the records.

I received ENEB and Isabel diplomas, plus an official (stamped) transcript, automatically. I didn't have to request anything, I just confirmed that my info was right when they emailed me the degree completion notice. Have you received an official (stamped) transcript for ENEB only?

They have never actually sent UI1 transcripts, ever.

http://www.ifcsevals.com I guess I was wrong to assume the new evaluators would be more progressive! IEE seems to still be the most progressive one for now. Someone should still try Jossef Silney to see if they would evaluate ENEB. I will contact them to see.

No worries, I thought the exact same thing, we have a few options on the WIKI for ENEB, it really depends on what the student needs/wants. If they're OK with an IEE or ECE evaluation, either of these NACES options should work for entry into another grad program, as one evaluates it as a grad cert or diploma, and the other the final year of a 4 year bachelors degree.

Not sure if anyone noticed there's some sort of education reform in Spain and the name "titulos propios" has recently been changed and regulated to "máster de formación permanente". Will keep watch.
According to online sources:
El máster de formación permanente es la nueva denominación que deberán llevar los títulos propios de las universidades para distinguirlos correctamente de los másteres oficiales, que también pueden encontrarse como másteres universitarios. Este cambio viene recogido en el Real Decreto 822/2021, de 28 de septiembre, por el que se establece la organización de las enseñanzas universitarias y del procedimiento de aseguramiento de su calidad.
Google Translate:
The permanent training master's degree is the new name that universities' own titles must bear in order to correctly distinguish them from official master's degrees, which can also be found as university master's degrees. This change is included in Royal Decree 822/2021, of September 28, which establishes the organization of university education and the quality assurance procedure.

They are still allowing. However, there's a fee - $505 for Canadian students. Also, they haven't made it clear, whether it is one composite exam or 1 exam each for all the 11 courses.
