The cornerstone must be taken at TESU. It is SOS110
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA Completed: Pierpont - AAS BOG Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses) ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

You can take the cornerstone with the capstone if you have 100 credits.
If you take 16 credits with TESU, you avoid paying the residency waiver of $3288. If you do this all in one term, you must be sure you have the time for all the classes.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning. Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

You can take the capstone if you have 100+ credits AND you've taken English Comp I & II AND you've taken most or all of your AoS. If you have 100cr and the remaining 14cr needed are in the AoS (rather than GE or Free Electives), they won't let you take it. So my advice is to take all of your major before registering for the castone.

There is another option, I would skip the cornerstone in favor of the edx course instead. You get it completed at your own pace and save a whopping $1K USD. BTW, when you start a thread, you may want to provide more details on what degree you're going for, I had to review your first thread which I merged/updated previously. Any alternative to this class? I’ve been hearing mixed answers about EDx. I’m in the BACS track.

You have to take it directly at TESU or through EDx. The EDx option is only available for the BACS - so that works for you; at a lower cost than the course directly with TESU

Hello guys. This is my last course left to take and I plan on taking it at EDx but I messaged TESU counselor specifically about taking EDx Information LIteracy in place of SOS-110 for the Computer Science degree and he told me no. That it is requred that I take it at TESU. I'm not sure whether to believe him since that is $1,000 I can save. Should I not listen to him. Is he misinformed?
