EC Eval - Help please!

I am so upset to see the evaluation report prepared by Excelsior. Here is my story..
1. I have High school diploma from India (12 grade)
2. I have an associate degree from India (3 years diploma in computer engineering) - Though this is a 3 year course, the foreign credential evaluation agency ECE.org didn't evaluate my advance level
mathematics and computer courses i studied in 2 year of my diploma. Another agency WES.org considers the same degree from India as US associate degree and grant credits for all the courses i have taken in my diploma except high school level science and english courses. But Excelsior does not accept report from WES.org, That means I have to do the evaluation from ECE.org. I missed many of my valuable efforts and credits.
Now Excelsior didn't consider most of my courses evaluated by ECE though the courses are in the area of Science & computer technologies.
3. I have few credits towards Bachelors degree from India

Do I have an option to appeal or escalate this without enrolling? Can experts in this forum help me to find another college where I can transfer more credits? Now I am waiting for TESC evaluation.

TESC accepts WES credit evaluations, so if WES gave you credit for your associate's degreeand you submitted it to TESC, you should get a lot more credits from TESC than from EC. I would just wait to see what TESC says. Good luck!
