- As long as you take a course during the ACE-recommended date window, the credit you earned will not expire.
- A transfer credit evaluation report is probably only valid at that University since each school decides which credits they accept and courses they apply towards.
- When you apply for a master's program, they will request you submit every transcript from schools you attended. You can submit the Credly transcript then.
Wow, ok I thought the credits will expire. Is that valid for all
ACE credits I have already collected in Credly through Sophia / Study.com etc. ? I believe any IT related Master degree wouldn't allow an ACE credit transfer, or is anyone aware of such a Masters?

Yes for Sophia, maybe for Study.com since not all their courses are ACE recommended.
As for the IT masters, the school individually would determine whether they accept it or not. ACE gives recommendations. Either way, it doesn't matter for you since I don't think any provider offers Master's level ACE credits.

ACE credits don't expire when you obtain the credit for the classes completed, the courses themselves get extended or renewed. Even if the class/course itself no longer exists, it'll be on your Credly for storage of all ACE classes you've taken and obtained 70+%. If you have a class from a provider and it's under 70%, it'll only show on your course provider transcript and will not transfer. There are graduate ACE credit, but those are very hard to come by and may cost more than completing classes at the CBE of choice.
