I am leaning towards a BLS w/ minor in Accounting

I would take:
American Government (ICC, CLEP, or Study.com)
HUM 103: Creative Decision Making (Study.com)
BIO 101L: Intro to Biology w/Lab (Study.com)
Environmental Science (Sophia)
US History I or II (Sophia, Study.com, CLEP)
Beginning Spanish (ICC or Study.com)
POLS 101: Intro to Political Science (Study.com)
Intro to IT (Sophia)
Then the remaining 30cr at UMPI (including English Comp II)

CMS Learn doesn't transfer as a math course. It comes in as a general elective. Is Penn Foster RA? What's Patten?
You need to an ethics course. The one on Sophia transfers to UMPI.

The Penn Foster courses I listed are ACE. Also Patten was a college here in Oakland, CA that offered a similar program to UMPI YourPace.

You only have about 60 credits, you can take an extra 30 credits. I would try to strike as many off as possible and complete the easier/shorter upper level courses at UMPI.
