Tableau Certification; is it worth it?

Any opinions on whether it's worth getting Tableau certification from Tableau? I enrolled in a Visualizations course in a degree program, and we got a one-year student license. I was thinking as long as I have the license, I can prepare for and get Tableau certified. But, I'm not sure if it's worth it, and I should spend the time doing something else.

Basically, If school or work is going to fork out the certification costs, why not?! It depends, if it's well within your range of energy, money, time spent and you think that ROI/Value is there, go for it... if it isn't worth what you believe it will provide you in ROI/Value, skip it.
