I've read posts where people say that you can see what textbook is required ahead of time and that you can see the course content before signing up.
How do I do this?

Before you sign up they tell you the course objectives. The classes are like college classes minus the professor reading you the lecture slides. You get slides. Read and drill them. Questions come right from the slides, no surprises. Maybe use quizlet or anki. Take the test. They're NOT ACE credits tho. They're NCCRS.
