Anyone know of a DSST center in NY, NJ or CT that has less of a wait than a month? I'm having a tough time finding one. I live in CT, but am willing to drive a bit if I have to.
Thanks!

I always go to Brookdale Community College in NJ. There is no wait or appointment necessary. You just show up and within 15 minutes you are taking your test.

you do not need an appointmnt for this site. just call them a day or two before just incase, cos if there have nobody coming in they may not open.

Awesome! Thanks! Two more questions: Are they computer or paper? Can you take more than 1 per day?

Thanks! That's not too far from me. Do you know if they have computerized yet?

I called them yesterday. Tests available by appointment but weekdays only from 8-3. Not too handy for me. I work fulltime. The lady was nice but very informal about any potential schedule. Just a "call me and we'll set something up" kind of thing.

From my perspective, Brookdale is the way to go. All of the exams are on computer, and you have the option of testing any day of the week. I believe that many other schools have specific testing days. I have taken 9 CLEP and DSST exams there, without a hitch.
