Can I use this to fulfill the COSC/TESC requirement for Finance class towards BSBA? or I have to have Penn Foster Financial Management or DSST Principle of Finance? Where can I use DSST Personal Finance? Appreciate the help.

Don't know about COSC, but at TESC, this was considered BUE-101. It is a free elective. You will need to take one of the other 2 courses you mentioned to get the Finance requirement covered, those are both considered FIN-301.

At COSC it would be a free elective. It will not satisfy your Finance requirement.
