I am looking for a transcript from Instandcert Credit. ACE says a certificate of completion should have been issued and that will help them track down an issue they are having finding my credits on Credly... ACE decides the "value" of a course, and the couse I took has a value on ICC and ACE websites but it's not getting passed to Credly (the credits, the class is listed).

This is an issue with ICC, they are the ones that send the info to Credly. Not sure where ACE is in this whole process, since they no longer issue transcripts. Go directly to ICC to have them fix this problem.
If you tell us what course you took, and what the completion date is, it might help as well. There are others who have taken courses who might be able to tell you what's going on.
