Hey DFers:
I recently decided to pursue a certification through my professional org (NCMA). I decided to pursue the Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) certificate. The exam is based off of the UCC, but it is really tedious. I am looking for a course in commercial contracts that I can take without getting into a degree program. My employer pays in full for college courses directly related to my job so cost isn't a huge factor, but I would have to wait till August for the benefit to kick in. If there is a cheaper course, I would be willing to do that also since I can knock it out now and not have to wait.
Does anyone know any courses online (or in the No VA/DC area), from a reputable school in commercial contracts?
These are the schools I already identified:
UC Berkeley Ext
GTown Paralegal

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.
