With Sophia & SDC, you have to pay before even starting. And you have to continue paying until you are done, which can be expensive! ONU might not be fully post-paid like ASU is, but it mostly is. The most important part, IMO, is that the courses are self-paced and you don't have to pay for them before you even see what they're like.

Does Excelsior still accept Olivet Nazarene University's English Comp ll?

They do (depending on the degree as to where it comes in though).  The problem is, unless you've already taken it, you're out of luck - ONU ended that program.
