I feel a little like a hamster in a maze. We get blindsided by this thread out of nowhere and I simply cannot figure out where it's coming from.
OP ignores by PM and posts. In the meantime, Google picks up this devastating thread title.
What an awesome way to spend a holiday weekend...
While I can appreciate your concern, I am sure that anyone finding this thread via a Google search will see your response, including your offer to address the OP's concerns quickly.
I suspect most will also figure out very quickly that the OP, "knaves", and one of the commenters, "williamr", are the same person.
I cannot locate either a "Terms and Conditions" or "Terms of Service" for the site, so I don't know what degreeforum's policy is with regard to multiple profiles, although in my experience, they are prohibited on most sites, with limited exceptions for different gender presentations and the like.
Regardless of whether or not multiple profiles are allowed here, I have found that forum commenters who post using multiple profiles often have an axe to grind, and I believe that most folks view such posts with healthy dose of skepticism, as they reflect poorly on the poster's sincerity.

You're right. I hadn't even noticed that the first and third posts were from two different profiles. I wonder what this person really has against Coopersmith or if they've even taken any Coopersmith courses at all. Maybe they're just mad about how "expensive" the courses are? I don't think they're expensive but I've seen people hold a grudge over less.

Wow. There's a lot of responses to my posts. I don't want to get into a huge online arguement, so I'll try to summarize all my responses below.
1. First of all, it seems like the large majority of people have had positive experiences with coopersmith. I'm glad to hear that, as it seems like my experiences are an anomaly and this provider works well for the majority of users.
2. All of my emails were with a single individual, the person who emailed me to contact them if I had any questions when I signed up for the course. Since one of the replies mentioned that one person is out on maternity leave and this person has a female name, I'm going to assume that's the same person. Frankly I didn't spend any time looking for additional contact resources since I never received any notice that this person was no longer available
3. Like many families, there are multiple people using computers and it looks like another family member was signed in when I posted a reply. Nothing devious, just had the wrong person signed in (they only use the account for instantcert).
4. I'm sorry that I don't seem to have replied to messages fast enough, but I don't use this forum that often. I posted a review expressing my frustrations with difficult communications that I have never had with any other provider. I don't have any opinion about coopersmith because I've never dealt with them before. The prices were fine in relation to all the other colleges and providers I've taken courses from in the past. I don't have any ax to grind, especially since it seems like most people have have good reviews to post.
5. And finally, for Mr. Haas, I appreciate you taking the time to reply to my posts on here and I wish I had dealt with you from the beginning. All the other posts from other users about working with you have been positive and it seems you do a great job. That said, I wrote a review about my personal experiences, and my message reflects what I experienced. I have no need for you to track down my transcript since I just spent the weekend taking the course on study.com instead when I did not receive any replies to emails.

I appreciate and thank you for your response. I am sorry that you were not responded to properly. As you said, it was simply a case of miscommunication. We do have an inbox for transcript requests and we have a transcript request form on our website. I would normally assume that someone who needs a transcript would use one of these two methods to request one and it wouldn't really be appropriate to send out a blanket email to all Coopersmith students that "so and so is not available for the next 6 weeks." I will speak to her about using an auto-responder, however.
That being said, and while I am sure you didn't intend this, having just this thread title come up on a Google search for our organization is uncomfortable and potentially harmful. If there were something a touch less malignant that you could edit the title of this thread to, it would be much appreciated. I hope that the message you intended to get across was something less than the message that the words in a vacuum convey.

Mods,
Per the request in the post above I've tried to change the title to "Coopersmith Experience" but I can't find a way to do so. Is this a possibility?

I received 2 repeat requests to delete some posts about customer complaints that I certainly am not going to get involved in. Customer service issues and related issues seem to be fair game here so please move along.

If the OP requests that his or her own thread title be amended (see a few posts up), you don't think it's appropriate to comply with that request?

This is by far one of the easiest ways to avoid the responsibilities of moderation I think I have seen in a while. OP requires assistance amending his comments and is disregarded due to category. Must follow the "not my job not my problem philosophy."
