They offer these free on the AF bases I've been on. They are SOOOOOOO BORING! Usually transferred to DVD from VHS (to show you how old they are). Lots of people wearing Sally Jesse Rafael glasses (http://i.ebayimg.com/00/$(KGrHqEOKjk...~60_35.JPG ,just to give you an idea of how old these videos are.

I viewed American History I, Humanities and another one I don't remember. Unless they updated them, they are pretty useless as you won't retain the info because you'll be asleep. Don't watch these on a comfy sofa or in bed.

A better "old" video series were the "standard deviants" series. These are videos with a bunch of Zach Morris/AC Slater looking kids. More entertaining, especially for someone like me with a short attention span. The Finance videos were pretty descent.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.

Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.

Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.

Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.

Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.
