I assumed that's what "get the best deal" meant

When you apply, you receive an evaluation.  How would you know what the "best deal" was at that point?  You need to go much further than that, which was why I said what I said.

I agree with the approaches suggested, though its a bit more work. For now, I have looked at the TESU game plan and am picking some courses to work on while figuring out which Big 3 to go with.

Also, I had a question about financial aid. Can I apply for Fafsa 2020 and try to get fin aid. Or is that not possible?

Thank you

You should only use the financial aid when you take two courses at the college/university. So, I would only recommend taking the Capstone/Cornerstone together if possible and transfer in EVERYTHING else. So again, these Big 3 allow up to 114 of 120 credits.

Unless you want to go with a Competency Based degree provider, you can transfer in at most 90 credits and decide/determine if you can finish the remaining 30 credits within a term or two in order to lower the total cost.
