No we did not say admissions wasn't a reliable source of information. We have said that the enrollment specialists are not a reliable source of information as they are contract workers hired through a third party and are not employees of UMPI. You can find the YourPace admissions counselor on the UMPI website.

@OP, I was never enrolled at UMPI. I emailed the academic advising team and the registrar to verify a few things for other students that needed assistance. Basically what is said about enrollment specialists are true for most institutions, unless they're employees of the institution, they're all essentially there to "sell" you the education offered at that particular school... they won't really know about the "back end".
