Just wondering who else currently attends or has recently graduated from Charter Oak. I'm about to take my first DSST tests in early July and would love to hear from some of my fellow "classmates."

crshore Wrote:Just wondering who else currently attends or has recently graduated from Charter Oak." I just submitted my application to Charter Oak yesterday. Now I have to get my transcripts submitted and find out what I need. I am going in with 90 lowerlevel credits and 25 upper level, plus some from A+, Inet+, and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications to be evaluated for credit. I hope I don't have much to do. I don't know what to study yet. Any ideas anyone?

You can complete your degree in one of their pre-designed concentrations (Sociology, Psychology, etc.), or you can create your own degree plan through a liberal studies/individualized study program. 2. I have 75 credits thus far, and am hoping to test out of an additional 12-15 credits this summer. My goal is to graduate with my concentration in psychology in May 2008. 3. I chose Charter Oak because as an in-state student, I found their tuition the most affordable. I've had to pay for my education using student loans, and I did not want to owe a ton when I graduated. Also, I feel their online classes are excellent, for the most part. I almost forgot....you can use federal aid at Charter Oak.
